Returns and Refunds

At Organicteatreeoil.com we guarantee the quality and viability of all products that we sell. Customer satifaction is what we stive for. We stand behind a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In exchange, we ask that if you like the products, tell your friend and family. If you are not  happy with what you purchased, follow the instructions below to be refunded.

To make returns more efficient,  email: returns@organicteatreeoil.com or call 1 855 924 3635.

Outline your reason, in detail, for the return. Provide us with your order number and a telephone number. One of our friendly customer care agents may need to contact you.

If product is damage or unsatisfactory, please retain the product and the packaging until our customer service representative advises you how to proceed with your claim.

If you ordered more than one of a specific product and are dissatisfied, please do not open the rest.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE MAILED BACK AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER.

Credit will not be issued until the product(s) are received at www.organicteatreeoil.com office. Once the product(s)have been received and inspected, a credit will be issued in the same format initial payment was made. PayPal, Mastercard or Visa.

We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 15% per item if the returned product(s) are not received by us in new and re-saleable condition.

REFUNDS DUE TO OUT OF STOCK: 

We do our best at

Organicteatreeoil.com to maintain a full supply of quality products at all times. Every once in a while we do experience an out of stock. For that we apologize in advance. Because we value your time for shopping with us, we will:

1)      Issue a refund for the product(s) that is out of stock.

2)      Send you a coupon for that product(s) on you next purchase.

3)      Send the remaining product(s) that were ordered. Even if the order is below minimum order for FREE SHIPPING.

HOW THE CREDIT WILL BE PROCESSED.

PayPal credits the refund according to how the original payment was made.

If you used a credit card, PayPal credits your credit card. If you used a funding source other than a credit card, your PayPal balance will receive the credit. If you used both a credit card and another source, the credit card portion goes to the credit card, and the remainder goes to your PayPal balance.

Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
