Online and Mail Order Customers

• You'll receive you're order within two weeks or less. Customers in the continental US and Canada will be charged a flat rate of $12.00 (CAD) on orders under $100.00 (CAD).
• Overseas orders will be contacted with an option of shipping air or surface. Once the reply of how to ship the order is received, the amount will be added to your order at the time of processing. Shipping is based on weight.

USA Wholesale and Retail Customers

• Shipping charges do not apply to orders over $100.00.
• Note: Street address and telephone numbers must be included on all orders.

• To make returns more efficient, within 10 days of receiving your order, email: returns@organicteatreeoil.com to receive a return authorization number.
• If product is damage or unsatisfactory, please retain the product and the packaging until our customer service representative advises you how to proceed with your claim. If you ordered more than one of a specific product and are dissatisfied, please do not open the rest.
