CHRISTMAS IS THE TIME TO GIVE.
The holiday season is quickly approaching. It seems to come faster every year. Everyone is very busy these days with work, family and other community committments.
We need to slow down the pace and remember that we need to look after ourselves (after all there is only one of us) and give over the holiday.
Step outside of our comfort zone and give something this month. It may be a compliment, it may be a dontation or it maybe putting together a package for the less fortunate.
My family this year donated blankets, warm cloths and jackets to a shelter. We also plan on choosing a family in our area and make sure that the kids have something to open on the 25th. My wife and I make sure that our kids are involved so that they understand the meaning of the holidays.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE SOFT, SUPPLE LIPS EVEN DURING THE HARSH WINTER?
• Stop licking. You might think you’re adding needed moisture but, really, you’re making it worse. As the water evaporates, the natural moisture goes with it.
• Drink water. The cold, dry, harsh weather wicks it from the body as fast as a hot summer day.
• Step up your vitamins and minerals. The B vitamins are especially important, as is iron. Both can cause dry skin, especially around the mouth.
